Due to direct farm harvesting and the natural state of the grains, the product is not completely free of natural soil or plant debris, and final cleaning before cooking is done by the customer.

Maintaining standard storage conditions for legumes (dry, cool location below 18°C, sealed airtight containers, away from direct sunlight and humidity) rests entirely with the buyer following receipt. Pest infestation resulting from improper warm or humid storage post-delivery is not covered by store commitments.

Use of website services and communication with Ruby Beans sales representatives is subject to lawful and ethical conduct. Users undertake to refrain from the following:

• Providing fraudulent postal details or submitting fabricated payment receipts (subject to legal prosecution)
• Any attempt at technical intrusion, interference, or damage to website infrastructure
